We delivered a decision-gate-ready concept study to enable low-pressure production on a mature offshore facility, identifying true bottlenecks and the minimum topsides modifications required. The result was a phased, executable pathway that sustains production while protecting safety and asset integrity.

We developed an operations-led condensate-as-fuel concept for a late-life offshore asset, enabling gas turbines to run longer on produced hydrocarbons and reducing reliance on diesel generation. Through Concept Select and FEED, we defined a low-complexity, brownfield-ready modification with clear design drivers and a practical path to execution.

We developed an execution-ready Pipeline EDC strategy for a late-life UKCS asset, integrating topsides facilities, flow assurance and subsea considerations from the outset. By designing around severe utility and discharge constraints, we defined a safe, low-footprint cleaning and disconnection approach that accelerated decommissioning readiness and reduced cost.

We rapidly defined a viable UKCS subsea tie-back concept to an existing FPSO by assessing the full system end-to-end subsea, pipeline, flow assurance and topsides facilities from first principles. This whole-system approach clarified the key design drivers, constraints and risks for challenging fluids, giving the operator a confident pathway into the next phase.

Infinity were engaged to act as an upstream operator’s Owner's Project Manager, Engineer and delivery integrator across multiple producing assets, bridging early-phase studies into Execute, tightening EPC oversight, and accelerating schedule-critical scopes.

Independent, system-wide FEED peer review of UKCS subsea tie-back which identified 24 optimisation opportunities and £20m CAPEX savings.
