The contract includes the day-to-day management of the planned and unplanned subsea operations and maintenance as well as delivery of various supplementary studies and offshore campaigns. The scope of support is wide ranging, including typical control umbilical system low insulation resistance challenges, offshore surveys and diving campaign planning & management.

Findings

We provided an experienced team of operator experienced subsea operations and inspection, repair and maintenance specialists to provide consistent and ad-hoc engineering support to our client and their subsea assets. The contract allows flexibility in support to be deployed across specialist subsea discipline engineers and offshore client representation to manage the various campaigns planned throughout the support. Our proactive approach to the management of the asset has led to improved uptime of the subsea fields, improvements to the planned maintenance routine and an optimised sparing strategy.
