Infinity were engaged to act as an upstream operator’s Owner’s Project Manager, Engineer and delivery integrator across multiple producing assets, bridging early-phase studies into Execute, tightening EPC oversight, and accelerating schedule-critical scopes.
Under a long-term Owner’s Project Management & Engineering framework, we provide end-to-end support from pre-FID studies through Execute. A core element is our EPC Management role, working as the client’s delivery team during execution to ensure technical quality, commercial discipline and schedule assurance, while coordinating interfaces between the operator, the incumbent EPC, suppliers and offshore operations.
An integrated “owner’s team” delivery model that combines pragmatic engineering, assertive EPC management and strong PMO control, maintaining technical impartiality while keeping decisions aligned to cost, schedule and operational priorities. This consistently drives leaner scopes, shorter cycles and lower project risk across a multi-asset portfolio.
We became a trusted delivery partner and project delivery integrator, maintaining momentum as scopes move from pre-FID into Execute and strengthening governance of the incumbent EPC’s deliverables. On a flagship execute-phase offshore scope, our approach removed unnecessary complexity, accelerated offshore delivery by ~3 months and delivered ~£500k savings while maintaining full compliance and safe execution. The work was formally recognised by the client through a performance award.
